Affordable COOP Housing for Working Adults.
We are offering 6 vetted working adults housing at affordable rates. Each resident in our COOP space has their own room or minimalist apartments and share common spaces including a large cafe/kitchen & bathrooms. This is a drug & alcohol free Housing Center & visitors are not allowed on the premises except in the Cafe area.

All the common spaces have HD Digital Surveillance Cameras for the safety and protection of our residents.
